Stuart is a healthcare administration professional with substantial experience in practice management, physician alignment, and access growth. As health organizations navigate a complex regulatory and competitive environment, Stuart’s clients value his expertise in strategic planning, physician workforce planning, and market assessment.
Stuart has worked closely with service line administrators, physicians, academic leadership, and front-line staff. He has developed a deep understanding of the key relationships among stakeholders when driving strategic initiatives. Before joining ECG, Stuart worked at UT LeBonheur Pediatric Specialists (ULPS), a joint venture positioned between University of Tennessee Health Science Center and Methodist LeBonheur Healthcare. Acting as interim director of finance, Stuart helped to guide ULPS’s growth initiatives, seeing the practice grow from 100 providers across 15 specialties to more than 160 providers across 23 specialties.
